EXCHANGE / REFUND INSTRUCTIONS:

Inside your package you should receive a "Return / Exchange Form".
If you have that form, please fill it out and return it with your package.
If you do not have the form, just include a note telling us what you would like us to do.
Be sure to include your name and full address so we can find your record.
For most exchanges, we pay the shipping for the new item back to you.
